This hotel provides a convenient location for those flying early from the airport which is nearby. The staff were generally helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and well heated during the colder weather. The breakfast had a good selection and was plentiful, with the added bonus of a Carrefour market just across the street for any last-minute supplies.

Some staff members can be unhelpful and unapologetic while dealing with customer complaints, which is not acceptable.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel near Ataturk Airport. the location was perfect, with a Carrefour market just across the street and easy access to Istanbul's metrobus. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially when my daughter fell ill and they went above and beyond to assist us, even taking us to the hospital at 1 am. the restaurant had delicious food, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had beautiful Turkish decor.
